Withdrawal Policy

You may withdraw from a course by giving written notice to the school.

Withdrawal with Cause

Your withdrawal is a withdrawal from course with cause if

  • the school fails to commence the course on the scheduled date;
  • the school fails to complete the course on the scheduled date;
  • the school terminates the course for any reason prior to the completion of the course.

Withdrawal without Cause

If you withdraw for any other reason, you are deemed to have requested a withdrawal from course without cause. You may be eligible to receive a refund under the terms of your Student Contract with the school.
