I take great pleasure in welcoming you to NYU Language School. Singapore is fast establishing itself as a schoolhouse to the world. NYU Language School in the Global Schoolhouse

NYU Language School has a very good reputation among international students. Students of all ages take our ESL/EFL courses. Many college-bound students are aware of our phenomenal record in preparing students studying for English Language qualifying examinations like the TOEFL and IELTS with us. Our summer holiday programmes are very popular with school children from Asia and beyond. The Consumers' Association of Singapore gives the CaseTrust for Education award to schools which have systems to look after the welfare and interests of international students in Singapore. I'm proud to say that NYU is one of the first smaller schools in Singapore to receive the CaseTrust award.

CaseTrust for Education requires

• A contract between school and student, conferring rights and imposing obligations on both parties

• A guarantee that a student's course fees are protected by a third party - a bank or insurance company
• A quality of service guarantee and a commitment to educational excellence on the part of the school
• Clear school fees policies, especially policies for coping with the unexpected - course cancellations, withdrawals and transfers, etc.
• Well qualified and trained teaching and administrative staff.
• Facilities for counselling students and handling their grievances
